Fall Semester begins Sep. 9
We are excited to announce that we have our line up of courses (new and continuing) almost ready to roll out! New courses include an On Demand Course on Introduction to Fiqh with Br. Mohamed Benaicha; Learn to Read and Write Arabic with Br. Fawaaz Safeek; Beginner’s Tajweed with Sr. Julie Lowe and Journey of Life with Dr. Abdullah Hakim Quick. Plus continuing courses in Vocabulary of the Qur’an; Journey Through the Qur’an; Sharia: What it is and what it’s not. We also have courses in Book 2 and Book 3 of the Madinah Arabic Course and Tajweed Courses with Qari Abdulfatah Jahedar!
We are also offering our weekday evening madrassah for children and our Friday Night Family Program, plus a Homemakers Program for sisters.

It’s that time of the year again! From hot summer days to sleeping in and family outings, to back to school shopping, choosing classes and reconnecting with friends: It’s back to school! For most of you, this means a complete readjustment in your daily routine. Appointments, work schedules, baby sitting all have to function around school schedules. On the other hand, students will be reintroduced to an environment where their faith is put to the test and the pressures of fitting in become overwhelming for them and for all of us. Continued....

EID MUBARAK! It was a wonderful day despite the challenges with the weather. May Allah bless all of you and your families on this auspicious day. May Allah grant us the qualities like Prophet Ibrahim and Prophet Ismael (as) and the incredible woman Hajar (peace be upon her) who showed us the meaning of resilience, sacrifice, hard work and trust in God. May the communities across the world that are suffering find relief and ease: those in India, Burma, Yemen, Palestine, Syria and many other places, including our own First Nations people who are still struggling for dignity and equity.
