Looking for a space to unwind and relax while simultaneously getting a good workout? Attend our Yoga classes, where we feature an array of Hatha yoga techniques including physical exercise, breath control, flexibility, and balance stability. Yoga improves circulation, promotes relaxation, as well as benefits internal organs, glands and muscles. Yoga is not limited to the athletically inclined either and can be achieved by any and all; exercises can be simply modified to help new-timers and those with various challenges.
